Frying Pan's visitor center includes an auditorium and a classroom that can be rented for special occasions. Both blend rural charm with modern amenities at an affordable price, and both reveal a preserved and modernized 19th century dairy barn at their heart.

Rental Facilities - Hours of Operation

Friday & Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – midnight
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Monday - Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Please note rental hours may vary due to holidays.

Cancellation Policy

In case of emergencies, snow or other unusual circumstances, the FCPA may close the park if it is deemed necessary to protect the parkland, facilities or the public. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice of any such cancellation and all fees will be refunded in full.

The fee schedule for cancellations made by the RENTER are as follows:

>90 days	$25.00 processing fee
60 - 90 days	50% of the Security Deposit + $25 processing fee
30 - 59 days	100% security deposit + $25 processing fee
< 30 days	100% security deposit + 50% total rental hour fees + $25 processing fee
No Show	All rental fees forfeited
