South Run – Field house South Run RECenter operates a 24,000 square foot field house. With a new look and a new surface of synthetic turf, the 160-foot by 100-foot lined playing surface is ready for lacrosse, soccer, football and other activities. The field house is lighted and restrooms are available. View our new online scheduling calendar to check availability. Rental rates are listed below. To rent the facility you need to provide payment, a signed rental agreement (it can be e-mailed or faxed to you) and evidence of general commercial liability insurance of no less than one million dollars. Rental requests and inquiries should be sent to SRFHRental@fairfaxcounty.gov.   All rates effective 04/01/07 Field House Rental (At South Run RECenter Only)   Hourly Rate* Full Field House $120 Security Deposit $300 Note: One-half of fee forfeited if event is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled date. * One Full Hour Minimum Rental Security Deposit A security deposit is required on every rental. The security deposit can be paid by check (which is held and returned to you after doing a walk-through) or by credit card if credit card number is on the contract.
