You will need a Park Authority Member Number to use Parktakes Online or the Automated Telephone Registration System.

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY TAKEN A PROGRAM WITH THE PARK AUTHORITY OR RECEIVE THE PARKTAKES IN THE MAIL, YOU ALREADY HAVE A MEMBER NUMBER. YOUR MEMBER NUMBER IS PRINTED ABOVE YOUR NAME ON THE MAILING LABEL OF THE PARKTAKES MAGAZINE.

  • Create a NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT
  • FORGOT YOUR NUMBER? Call 703-222-4664 Monday through Friday, 9am to 4 pm
  • CHANGE/UPDATE address, phone number, add immediate family member, add birth date
