Equestrian Downloads: Monthly Calendar, Entry Form/Rules/Prize Lists Monthly Equestrian Calendar Virginia Hunters Horse Show Series Just Jumper Horse Shows Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or greater is required to view and print these files. Equestrian Facilities Frying Pan Farm Park boasts equestrian facilities for show and practice. The Activities Center has an indoor riding arena 110 feet by 235 feet with a sand-base floor and spectator seating for 800. In addition to open riding, the center is used for horse shows that feature some of the area's top horses and riders. Two outdoor riding rings with all-weather footing and more than three miles of cross-country trails are available to equestrians. Jump equipment and over 150 semi-enclosed stalls complete the facilities that make up the county's Equestrian Center. Equestrian events vary throughout the year. Open riding is permitted 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. daily, except if arenas or trails are booked for an event. Most events are free for spectators.
