Adapted Gymnastics Eligibility: Preschool-age children; ages 2-4, with disabilities. Elementary to Middle School-age children; ages 5-14, with disabilities. Registration: Register online with Parktakes Online or by phone at 703-222-4664. You may also complete and submit the Parktakes registration form located in the back of the Parktakes magazine and fax to 703-631-2004, or mail the form to FCPA/Parktakes, P.O. Box 4606, Fairfax, VA 22038-4606. Enrollment is first-come first-served. Staffing: 1 to 3 staff to participant ratio. Program: Introduce your child into the wonderful world of gymnastics in a structured environment! This foundational program targets children who need support developing group skills for inclusive classes. For more program information, call 703-324-8727, TTY 703-803-3354.
