Fairfax County
Public Library’s Grants & Funding Research
Center (GFRC) provides services, resources and
educational workshops to assist non-profit organizations
and individuals secure funding. As a Cooperating
Collection of the non-profit Foundation Center
-- recognized as the nation’s leading authority
on organized philanthropy -- the Grants & Funding
Research Center connects users with information
from the more than 98,000 foundations, corporate
giving programs, and grant making public charities
in the United States. The GFRC’s resources
include Foundation Directory Online Professional
and Foundation Grants to Individuals Online, two
databases available only through the Foundation
Center, and print publications. There is
no charge to customers for use of the Grant & Funding
Research Center.
