Fairfax County Government Channel Survey


This survey concerns Channel 16, the Fairfax County Government Channel, available to all cable subscribers in Fairfax County. If you do not subscribe to cable in Fairfax County, you need not complete this survey.

Channel 16 is always looking for ways to serve you better. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your feedback will be used in our efforts to plan future programming for the Fairfax County Government Channel and other video initiatives.
